Happy New Year
For my first post of 2008, I’ve decided that it would be a good idea to write my New Year’s resolution. And I guess my resolution is to start going to the gym again. Maybe I’ll set a goal, like run at least 10 miles a week. Then I can use the archive feature to look back and frown on how I’ve dissapointed my past self.

If you like puzzles, then you’ll be addicted. Indestruct 2 Tank And if you’re into pointless destruction, this game’s for you. I reached a max combo of 81 and then realized that it’s time to stop.
Top 100 Albums of 2007 →
The best things about New Years time are the year-in recaps. Here are the Top 100 Albums of 2007, according to Yahoo. The list is indie-heavy, which is great for me. So if you’re looking for some new music, check some of these bands out.

I think the reason I wake up so late is because I’m always trying to finish my dreams.

Christmas Beards
It appears that starting last year, I tend to have a beard around Christmas time. Last year: This year:
Two years ago, Misty unwrapped what would be her favorite toy for the next 2 years, a green ball. Today, history repeated itself. Only this time, in red form.
Laugh Factory
Brenda took me to the Laugh Factory, the comedy club on Sunset blvd., tonight. It was okay. I mean, nothing compared to the comedy I’m used to in Louis C.K. and Demetri Martin, my two favorite comedians. Most of the acts were what I like to call asshole humor (acts in which the comedian is more offensive and obnoxious than witty). All in all, it wasn’t terrible. I don’t...

Darn, it seems that I didn’t log out.
Shouldn’t have done that Abteen
You didn’t log out, I was tempted to post. “A messenger will soon bring good tidings” You never read your fortune. I’m glad that you’re back home for a bit. I thought you might find this pretty impressive. Oh, and if you delete this post, I’d probably be butthurt. — bar

I’m convinced that The Appleseed Cast is the best music for driving in the rain.
First post
It’s raining outside and I’m studying for a pretty arduous Music Appreciation Final; not even my teacher knows what she’s talking about. I do believe I like Benny Goodman though. The King of Swing. That old man can play. Or rather, could play. He died. — barr Brenda decided to make a tumblr. I made it for her and decided I’d type up a pseudo-first post while she studied...

Strange Dream
Last night, or rather, this morning, I had a very strange dream. It involved me being hired to clean the bathroom floor in a very rundown, grungy version of my own dorm’s hall. My job was to clean the floor using tomatoes and I was doing a pretty good job. This is where Tommy Lee Jones’ character, the crazy psyhotic killer comes into play. You see, in this dream, I was aware that...
Watching and Studying
Something about having to study makes people really enjoy watching movies. Here’s a list of movies I’ve watched in my dorm during Finals Week Mallrats Some of Fight Club American Psycho Currently watching: CollateralMy last final is Friday morning. Then back to LA.
I wear my glasses when I ride my bike solely for their goggle-like functionality.
My dorm invaded another library tonight. This time, there’s music!

Studying for finals in the library isn’t safe when Burbank is around. …Alright, back to writing my paper.
Saxstalgia
I played someone’s saxophone tonight. It was around 3:45 AM and I decided to stop brainstorming for my paper and play. It was the first time I’ve played in over three years. My lips feel like they did 4 years ago.
